Zhejiang China Basis holding group Co., Ltd was founded in 1996. After nearly 20 years of development, it has formed a diversified portfolio of trades, including major holdings in real estate development, import and export, e-commerce, electricals manufacturing, logistics and hospitality, with over 10 billions of annual turnover at a steady growth rate.
 
Real estate is one of the core businesses of the group, aiming to provide high quality properties and services to the local communities. It has found success in the development of multiple estates, including Ningbo Commerce and Trade Centre, Ideal City, Fenghua City Plaza, Huamao Plaza and Jianshang Tower. In particular, the Ningbo Commerce and Trade Centre, where the group is headquartered, is one of the most notable landmarks of Ningbo with a height of 228 meters overlooking the city.
 
The group is quickly expanding beyond its traditional fields and shifting more towards financial services, in particular, sizeable acquisition projects overseas. The group owns 20 subsidiaries across the nation, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
